EPAY Systems is seeking a talented Regional Sales Director to build and manage its Northeast outside sales team. This role will work alongside the Vice President of Sales and other Executive team members.

The principle focus of the Regional Sales Director - Northeast is to develop and drive a world-class sales organization. This critical role will play an integral part in the overall growth of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a strong sales leader and have a proven track record of success. 

Responsibilities

  • Internalize, synthesize, and articulate the details of the entire suite of products offerings
  • Onboard, manage, coach, and develop a growing team of inside sales people
  • Thoughtfully coordinate demonstrations of solutions to potential customers focusing on the unique value proposition
  • Drive behavior that consistently achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Review individual enterprise sales executives progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets
  • Willing and able to make cold calls as needed to assist your team
  • Utilize, manage, and deploy sales enablement tools that will maximize output from the team
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions with prospects/customers
  • Build, maintain, and execute a pipeline that supports overall business objectives on a quarterly basis
  • Locate and propose potential business opportunities by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Regional Travel as much as 50%
  • Schedule and host regular team meetings and team-building exercises
  • Attract top talent to the organization across all disciplines, specifically individual sales contributors
  • Work to develop all team members into top sales performers
  • Hire and onboard individual sales contributors, including allocation of territory accounts and commensurate compensation plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong track record of leading sales teams to success
  • Ability to drive sales opportunities and spur pipeline growth
  • Ability to educate and build trusting relationships with a metrics driven team
  • Experience in the Human Capital Management software space is a plus
