American EPAY Services Pvt. Ltd., a growing SaaS provider of human capital management solutions, is seeking a smart energetic professional with US Payroll/Garnishment administration expertise to work at our Noida office. This position works in tangent with the seniors to ensure the accurate and timely processing of garnishment orders for the company in accordance with laws and statues that govern the wage orders including research, analysis, reconciliations, and auditing of reports.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a strong customer service aptitude professional to join a highly entrepreneurial, collaborative organization that is looking to become a leader in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space. The ideal candidate will have garnishment administration experience with HCM or HRIS systems, with a great exposure on time and attendance solutions and hardware.
Educates customers/ team members while serving as a subject matter expert across multiple process and knowledge areas.
Enters garnishment orders in our payroll system accurately and in a timely manner
Processes court ordered wage garnishments, including child support, student loans, wage assignments, bankruptcy orders, state and federal tax levies.
Ensures payroll deduction reports are run timely and are accurate and in compliance with laws
Ensures all garnishment payments are accurate and in compliance with withholding orders and the laws
Researches and responds to inquiries from employees, courts, state and federal agencies and others regarding garnishment orders
Assists as needed to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of garnishment accounts and establishes Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) of payments to comply with jurisdiction rule
Works to identify and implement ideas for improving the domain specific processes and methodologies.
Communicates effectively with the customers and internal partners for analysis/resolution of issues or project impacts.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A self-motivated individual with BCA will be preferred from an accredited four-year institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a technical background.
- 3-5 years of experience in US Payroll (preferably in handling Garnishment administration in HRIS systems, with a great exposure in time and attendance vertical.
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Working in ASO/Human Resources outsourcing experience a plus
- Important level of integrity, strong sense of confidentiality, and customer service mentality.
- Should have prior experience handling US, Canada and UK based customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and rotational shifts.
