Product Manager, Human Capital Management

As a Product Manager for our Human Capital Management (HCM) portfolio of products, you will be managing our product strategy and roadmap of our Time and Labor management products, as well as administering the new product features and system upgrades provided by PrismHR and other partners within our HCM offering.  Your purpose will be to manage EPAY System’s product offerings so to drive revenue and client satisfaction in the markets that EPAY serves.

Job Description:

  • Technology Manager for our HCM solution.  Work with PrismHR, our software partner to:
    • Evaluate new PrismHR features and products and establish a roll-out plan appropriate for our customer base and instance.
    • Deploy PrismHR new releases and system updates in a timely manner to the EPAY production environment.  Lead the QA testing of all new releases, leveraging other EPAY experts
    • Participate in beta testing for new PrismHR modules and offerings
    • Participate in PrismHR advisory boards for new product development
    • Communicate EPAY’s HCM requirements to PrismHR
    • Oversee PrismHR tickets and custom programming requests
  • HCM Product Strategy
    • Understand the HCM competitive landscape—major feature differences, pricing, and positioning strategies
    • Evaluate EPAY’s product positioning, value proposition and differentiation. Provide suggestions for improvement and ways to win in the marketplace
    • Design and manage the HCM product roadmap, keeping PrismHR’s functionality and capabilities in mind and EPAY’s ability to develop new products to serve our customer’s needs.
  • Product Manager – Blueforce™, WalTer™, Mobile Punch™, Fonen™, WebPunch™ (EPAY’s Time and Labor Management products)
    • Manage the product roadmap for EPAY’s Time and Labor Management products based on requirements of EPAY’s target market and specific client needs to deliver competitive advantage
    • Work closely with IT team to help prioritize competing projects and deliver new features on a timely basis
    • Conduct appropriate research to determine requirements for specific product features or modules
    • Build out functional specs for new features/modules to provide to IT
    • Work with IT to manage the version upgrades and service pack schedule across the client base, ensuring version consistency across servers as best as possible
    • Provide product specs for all new features and releases to EPAY’s Technical Writer so that documentation can be available prior to release

Qualifications:

  • Passion and ideas for how to deliver HCM solutions to the mid-tier marketplace
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking/Recruiting and Onboarding as a practitioner, consultant and/or product manager
  • 3+ years’ experience in Time and Attendance, including biometric time clocks
  • 3+ years employment at a SaaS software provider(s)
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Compensation:

  • Position salary –commensurate with experience
