Job Description

EPAY Systems, a leading provider of Human Capital Management software and services, is searching for a Client Account Manager with proven account management, sales and customer service skills as well as knowledge in time and attendance. To learn more, please visit www.EPAYsystems.com.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the EPAY customer relationships, overseeing client satisfaction and upselling EPAY products and services in their territory.  The Account Manager will be measured on revenue growth, renewals and customer satisfaction. He/she will also work closely with our 24/7 technical support team in managing customers’ service levels.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in time and attendance and account management, as well as strong sales skills. 

Duties include:

  • Upsell EPAY’s HRIS and Payroll products as well as time clocks and other new products and services

  • Manage EPAY clients—meet with them regularly to uncover potential issues or training needs, oversee open tickets and manage difficult issues or customer challenges to resolution.

  • Oversee customers’ overall satisfaction and EPAY relationship

  • Retain and renew client contracts and attain net new revenue.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A self-motivated individual with Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts degree will be preferred from an accredited four-year institution.

  • 3+ years of time and attendance vendor experience serving mid to large enterprises

  • 2+ years of exposure to payroll and ERP systems

  • 3+ years of account management

  • Strong selling skills and proven track record of penetrating accounts and growing revenue

  • Strong customer facing skills, including verbal and written communication

  • Should have prior experience handling US, Canada and UK based customers.

  • Ability to work under pressure while resolving critical issues and communicating action plans to the customer as required. Open for rotational shifts.
