American EPAY Services Pvt. Ltd., a growing SaaS provider of human capital management solutions, is seeking a smart energetic Delivery Analyst with a strong customer service aptitude to work at our Noida office. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a customer service professional to join a highly entrepreneurial, collaborative organization that is looking to become a leader in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space. This position requires an ability to work in tangent with the US Payroll Team at corporate office in a fast paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail, analytical skills and strong communication skills are required.    

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, adaptive and dynamic individual for the back-end support line delivering under minimal supervision. 

The ideal candidate will have data handling experience with HCM or HRIS systems, with a great exposure on time and attendance solutions and hardware.

Duties

  • This position works in tangent with the US Payroll Team to ensure the accurate and timely set up of different taxes and their re-payments, Benefits & ACA and Garnishment Administration for all eligible HCM Customers and compliances with Federal and State laws.

  • Assist in preparing Tax provision schedules by reviewing, preparing and consolidiating provision schedules.

  • Assist in tax notice resolutions with the internal team for the customers on various cases like delay in the Tax filing, delequencies charged, discrepencies etc.

  • Assist in validating the set up and configuration done for W2C forms.

  • Assist with various internal audits and special Tax related projects

  • Updates Job Knowldege by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and keeping the latest developments in Federal and State Laws.

  • Develop an analytical approach, ability to multi task and a positive attitude to meet customer needs and expectations.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • A self-motivated individual with B-COM/Masters in Accounting & Finance will be preferred from an accredited four-year institution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of exposure in data analysis methodologies in HRIS systems, with some exposure in time and attendance vertical.
  • High level of integrity, strong sense of confidentiality, and customer service mentality.
  • Should have prior experience handling US, Canada and UK based customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and rotational shifts.
